Opinion
The Samsung Series 5 13" could be a good value Ultrabook although entry level versions will come with a Hybrid hard drive rather than an all-SSD build and it's relatively heavy at nearly 1.5KG. The keyboard is good, port selection is good and you've got an Intel Centrino WiFi card capable of Wi-Di so at the current 799 pricing in Europe we think it's a better choice than the Acer S3. US pricing is looking a a little higher at $999 [Jan 18 2012]

Product Notes
Pricing for SSD-only versions unknown.
